You are doing yourself a disservice not ordering your coffee from Path. A buddy of mine had his own brand of modestly premium coffee which I was buying but it wasn't sustainable for him as a business, so he recommended Path to me. Not only does this make all other coffee taste like dirt, but it's better than what I was drinking without question (sorry Sean 😅). Seriously, try it. I bought the 5 lbs bag based on my buddy's word and I am not disappointed. Will be getting my coffee ONLY from here now. Thank you Path and Sean!

I signed up for Path's monthly delivery (Roaster's Choice), and am really happy with the service. This month I received a bag of 'Nocturnal Dark Roast' - which inspired me to write this review. The coffee was just roasted a few days ago - it's balanced and doesn't need milk & sugar to make it taste good. Highly recommend this brand.

This is quite possibly the freshest and most perfectly roasted coffee I have found. I have a morning ritual with my chemex and have noticed the bloom is always superior to other boutique roasters I’ve tried, indicating freshness and quality. I have started buying from them exclusively because they have fantastic rotating single origin choices. I try to tell everyone about them! You won’t be disappointed.

Jason is incredibly knowledgeable about coffee. Path sources some really interesting beans from around the world and does a great job finding the right roast level to bring out the best flavors. Service is amazing and they are always available to offer help and advice.

I was just down at Path Coffees in Port Chester NY - my favorite fresh roasted single origin coffee place. There's nothing else like it around here, so we drive down from Greenwich. Jason brewed up a french press of a new coffee - Los Cipreses, El Salvador – honey processed. Great nose and body. Every coffee is expertly selected and roasted. The new CoffeeLab training and tasting room is beautiful! Can't wait to host a bunch of friends for some coffee education - maybe they'll stop giving me pod coffee!

Jason made it easy to work with him and was flexible in meeting my businesses needs, allowing me to create my own profiles and used my own sourced coffee, handling everything thereafter. Would recommend for those who are looking for a turn key solution or who want to have the creative touch, while having someone else replicate your roasts an package it.

I discovered Path coffee being served at my local coffee shop and have been driving down to Port Chester for beans ever since. Path roasts single origin beans to order for customers. The taste and aroma are always fantastic! I recently had a chance to meet with Jason (the owner) in his new Training Lab and Cupping Space for a private pour-over of a new El Salvador bean. Definitely try Path Coffee if you're looking for well-researched and perfectly roasted single origin coffee. Or better yet, get a coffee subscription!
